ABOUT MUMBI MAHINDI
Mumbi Mahindi is the Founder of Leaders Launch Pad, a leading training and consultation
firm that aims at redefining leadership in all spheres and effectively transforming lives.
She is a Maxwell Leadership certified member, DISC leadership trainer coach and facilitator.
As a leader in her own regard, Mumbi has over 30 years of experience in leadership positions
such as CEO/Director in three companies; Toco Properties Ltd, Final Touch Finishes Ltd and
Restoco Ltd.
As a certified member of the renowned Maxwell Leadership team, she has over 200 hours as a trainer and facilitator of the Beyond Success Program that serves international and local participants from all walks of life.
She has worked with youth in leadership positions both in religious organizations and in the corporate market place. She has a heart for mentorship of the youth.
She is also a mother, a health, fitness and travel enthusiast.
